Anne Marie Caulfield

Anne Marie Caulfield is Chief Executive Officer of the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI), bringing extensive experience in senior Civil and Public Service roles. Appointed CEO-designate in 2022, she spearheaded the development of the GRAI ahead of its formal establishment in 2025, building the organisation from one staff member to over 60 roles across licensing, compliance, enforcement, consumer protection, communications, corporate services, and IT. Previously, she served as Director of the Residential Tenancies Board and held a senior role in the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform. Anne Marie holds a BComm and MBA from University College Dublin.
