Constantinos Stylianou is the Executive Director of the National Addictions Authority of Cyprus. He has led the process for drafting the Cyprus National Addictions Strategy 2021-28 and he coordinates the monitoring process for the implementation of the relevant Action Plan 2021-24. He has also worked in the Cyprus Parliament and the European Parliament as a parliamentary assistant.
He has a PhD in Political Science from the University of Cyprus with a focus in Political theory and the Critique of Political Economy. He also has a Masters Degree in International and European Studies from the University of Macedonia and a Bachelor Degree in Political Science from the University of Cyprus
