Attendees to the course will come out of the session with practical tools and advice on how to help their companies "do well by doing good". In recent years, there has been increased pressure on the industry to address key impact areas such as gambling related harms or diversity and inclusion.

This has overtime expanded to a realisation that there is a need (and a way) to operate by having a net positive environmental and social impact. Many companies have tried and best practices exist to help companies understand where they stand and improve their practices.

This course will address "why" and concretely "how".
