Esther is a Senior Advisor within the Consumer and Business team in the Behavioural Insights Team. Esther leads projects within the Gambling Policy and Research Unit at BIT, exploring how behavioural insights can be applied to reduce gambling related harms. Prior to joining BIT, Esther worked for a digital marketing agency, splitting her time between client relations & strategy, and operations & project management. She holds an undergraduate degree from Hertford College, Oxford in Biological Sciences.
