Steve Mees has joined the Belgian Gaming Commission as Managing Director in November 2022. Prior to his position he has been working as an advisor to the Director General for Customs and Excises at the Belgian Finance Ministry in Brussels and as a customs expert for the European Commission in Belfast (Northern Ireland). Mr Mees has worked previously in the private sector before joining the public sector. Mr Mees holds an Msc. in Political Science and lives in Antwerp, Belgium.
