Fay Kepidou

Fay Kepidou is a Business Psychologist, Integrative Counsellor, and Trainer with over 2,000 hours of gambling addiction clinical practice. She has worked for over a decate with individuals and families affected by gambling harm, placing their lived experiences at the heart of her approach. Fay has designed and delivered national and international training programmes for professionals, regulators, and gambling operators, helping them to better understand gambling-related harms and develop effective responses. With expertise in clinical practice and multidisciplinary settings, there is a strong commitment to equip practitioners and organisations with the knowledge and skills to recognise harm, intervene early, and provide meaningful support.
