Arno started his journey into the gaming industry in 1991 with Casinos Austria where he learned the business from scratch. Over the years he has been the Responsible Gaming Consultant for Novomatic and the head of the responsible gaming department at Admiral Casinos & Entertainment AG. Since 2018 Arno has been the Responsible Gaming Course Director at the Totally Gaming Academy. Arno holds a Master’s Degree in Economics, has been trained in several spheres, and passed the ‘Excellence in Responsible Gaming’ course from Sigmund Freud University with distinction.
