Panagiotis Skyrlas got a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics (BS) in the US and a Master’s Degree (MBA) in Technology Systems Management at National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and is the Director of Information Security and Compliance at Stoiximan-Betano. This is the leading GameTech company in the Online Gaming and Betting industry in Greece and Cyprus. He is also in charge of the company’s Responsible Gaming program, after having implemented a number of the sector’s process and technology transformation projects. He has over 20 years of experience in the areas of Information Security, Risk Management, Compliance and Data Privacy. He has also worked as an Information Security Officer, Personal Data Protection Officer and Management Systems Auditor for many years in the mobile phone sector (Vodafone), Internet services (Vodafone Innovus), and Airline sector (Olympic Airways). He has completed numerous projects overseas on compliance and implementation of information security systems in banks, brokerage companies and insurance companies. He holds ISO27001, CISM Chief Auditor certificates and is Vice President of the Information Systems Audit & Control Association-Athens Chapter.
