Robert Munro is the Head of Responsible Gambling at bet365, and is responsible for the ongoing development and delivery of bet365’s Responsible Gaming strategy in Cyprus as set by the Board. Amongst his responsibilities is the development of bet365’s Early Risk Detection System (ERDS), which analyses customer playing patterns to identify potentially risky behaviour and deliver interactions designed to encourage customers to reflect on their behaviour and consider using gambling management tools.
