Eric Sjöden

Eric joined the ANJ in 2018, and has recently taken over the responsibility of the European and International Affairs Department. He is responsible for the management of the ANJ’s bilateral relations with other gambling regulators, and for all efforts of international cooperation. Eric is particularly involved within issues related to responsible gambling, the fight against illegal offer and digital law. Eric holds a PhD from the University of Paris “Panthéon-Assas” in European Union law about the CJEU’s “Overriding reasons of public interest”, in particular those related to gambling laws.
